Workshops

You are invited to attend any of the following workshops led by Hamilton Beazley on the ten-step program for letting go of regrets described in his acclaimed book. While regrets are inevitable in life, holding onto them is not. Many of us harbor burdensome regrets because we do not know how to let them go. Participants in the workshop will learn how to use the Ten Steps and to apply spiritual and psychological tools described in the book to begin the process of letting go of their burdensome regrets and to find forgiveness for themselves and others.

Dr. Beazley is available to conduct workshops on letting go of regret and finding forgiveness for groups of ten or more people. Workshops are generally scheduled for a minimum of five hours up to a maximum of two days. The difference between the shorter and longer workshops is the amount of time spent by the participants on each of the Ten Steps.

Dr. Beazley is also available for talks on letting go of regret and finding forgiveness. These lively and informative conversations are scheduled for one to three hours in length.

Both the talks and workshops are provided for informational purposes only.
